Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing. Size-related returns are accepted under our standard 30-day policy, subject to the $6.99 return shipping fee.

To start a return, contact us at prestige.kits1948@gmail.com. Because we work with third-party suppliers, return addresses may vary depending on the item and supplier. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted.

If your return is accepted, a $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always reach us with any return questions at prestige.kits1948@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide clear photos of the issue so we can resolve your case as quickly as possible — our team will coordinate with the appropriate parties on your behalf. Return shipping fees will be waived in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that the $6.99 return shipping fee still applies to exchanges. Exchange availability may depend on supplier stock, and we will confirm availability before processing.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The $6.99 return shipping fee applies.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected by our supplier, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Please allow additional processing time, as returns must be verified by our third-party suppliers before a refund can be issued.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $6.99 return shipping fee. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
